What you will need:
You will need a BJJ Gi/Kimono and optional rashguard for the Gi Classes. (if you are a beginer and dont have a Gi/Kimono yet, you will be able to participate with shorts, rashguard or t-shirt).
Shorts, rashguard (preferable) or t-shirt for the No Gi Classes
Mouthguard (optional)
Water for hydration
Make sure fingernails and toenails are clipped short and filed before each training session
For safety reasons all jewelry and accessories must be removed before each training session
Signed “Risk Agreement” form (form will be provided at our location.)
