This program is designed to provide a comprehensive and progressive approach to learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for adults of all levels. Our goal is to help you develop your skills and achieve your goals, whether you're interested in self-defense, competition, or just getting a great workout.
The program includes:
Fundamental BJJ techniques
We start with the basics and build a solid foundation of fundamental BJJ techniques. You'll learn proper posture, movement, and basic submissions, such as chokes and joint locks.
